1. Consultation & Material Selection
We take the time to understand your home, lifestyle, and design vision. Whether you’re considering quartz, natural stone, or porcelain, we guide you through the options and help you find the perfect fit. We can arrange for you to view samples or even full slabs.
2. Templating & Measurement
Once your material is chosen, our expert templaters visit your home to take precise, detailed measurements. Accuracy at this stage is key — it ensures your worktops will fit seamlessly into your space.
3. Bespoke Fabrication
Your selected stone is then manufactured in our workshop, where it is cut, shaped, and finished to your exact specifications. Every detail is crafted with care to achieve the highest standard of quality.
4. Professional Installation
Our skilled installers bring everything together. With millimetre-perfect precision, your worktops are fitted and aligned for a flawless finish that elevates your home.
5. Care & Aftercare
Finally, we provide you with a simple maintenance guide, ensuring your new surface stays as beautiful and durable as the day it was installed.
Do you remove old worktops?
Yes, we can include removal and disposal in your quote.
Can you template before my cabinets are installed?
No — cabinets must be fixed, level and in final position for accurate templating.
Will marble stain or etch?
Sealed marble resists many spills, but acids can etch the surface. A honed finish helps disguise etching; we’ll explain care before you decide.
Do you match splashbacks or upstands?
Yes, we can supply matching upstands or full‑height splashback returns as part of the worktop package.
